OK, now to Valencia as a city! If Barcelona is funky and pretty and cultural, Valencia is the elegant, charming and refined older sister! The pavements here are marble! All the buildings are just beautiful and painted in hues of ochre and bright yellows! The city has a much more relaxed and slower pace than Barcelona, and is absolutley stunning at night with most of the buildings and plazas lit up! Just wait til you see the photos! (I have now managed to take eight rolls of 36exp in just 8 days!) Every street has amazing buildings that just leave you breathless with their beauty! Late last night I stumbled accross a beautiful building with masses of carved marble and its like finding a precious treasure that you feel priviledge to have been shown!
