THE ALCAZYIN

On a hill opposite the Alhambra, is an old section of town with the narrowest cobbled windy streets you have ever seen! I met a gorgeous boy from Sweden on the bus and we decided to do some exploring together. On the map I could see an area of park, but unfortunately it was surrounded by a huge wall! So Theo decides to ring the doorbell of the place and see if we can have a look! Okay - so they say no, but I had to admire his cheekiness!

In need of some refreshment, we stop into a teahouse and I have a delicious pakistan tea with cardoman pods in it - sensational! Charming company, sensationally refreshing tea and a balmy night all make for a perfect evening!

Then its back to my pension, where in the meantime, a guy has moved into my room, who is spanish, but has been living in the UK at a monastary studying buddhism. We then chat into the wee hours discussing finding enlightenment and happiness!
