Ok - this is starting to get a little ridiculous! Every day I have a different boy taking me out! Last night went to a great little bar called Sugar - funky choons and cheap drinks! Then off to Sant Sebastion beach for some salsa clubbing! Drinks are 3 times the price! Ouch! Then a little skinny dipping under a full moon at the beach - fantastico! Sleepy sleep at 7am this morning!
Great thing about hanging out with the locals is that you get to go places you would never find in the rabbit warren that is Barcelona - especially the downtown district just off las ramblas! And i am learning heaps of Spainish too!
Eduordo who took me out last night kept laughing at me cause I kept seeing gatos (cats) and trying to pat them but they are marko (scared)!
What I really love is that the supermarkets are called "supermercats" so i keep thinking of a feline superhero everytime I see them! And i thought the mercats at london bridge were amazing - the mercat here is unbelieveable! They have stalls that just sell all kinds of eggs! Brilliant! and the lolly stalls - such a delight!
Its amazing how quickly you can settle into a new place - three days and it feels like home already! I´m still trying to work out how to smuggle an iguana home with me though!
