Well... I am sitting in a pub in Southbank with Yasas, having been devastated by Brazil beating Australia, when I went to buy myself a commiserative wine only to discover my wallet had been lifted from my bag!
However, I kinda think its a blessing in disguise, in the fact that i only lost 5 pounds, and David has kindly lent me 100 pounds until i sort myself out! Would have been a bit more of a disaster to have happened in Spain with NO-ONE to lend cash! And the moral of the story is I am obviously not the savvy traveller I think I am and need to be a bit more careful!
